Conversations with Self.
Sometimes it's on the bench in the park in the quiet misty morning. Sometimes it's while you are lying awake in bed, unable to sleep. Sometimes it's on a walk through busy downtown. I think everyone has those moments of reflection that turn into conversations with yourself. You question your own motives, you wonder why you are the way that you are. I feel like these times of personal pondering are good for the soul and help us keep our perspective from being skewed by the now, the fleeting, and the unimportant. So, take some time this week to commune and to reflect and find yourself. You may just learn something and make a change for the better.
